You put the skip in my step,
The palpitations in my heart,
You set my day alight,
With something as simple as a smile.
***
Very few know me as you do,
The real me under all this ruse,
Without the masks,
The secrets beneath the secrets.
***
My mornings begin with you,
And all day all I want to do,
Is spend every minute,
In your loving company.
***
One thousand 'love you's,
Would never be enough,
To express feelings,
I have for you my love.
