Songs have the power to make it Christmas,
Whether it’s the classics about the temperature outside,
Or proclamation about the wonderful time of the year,
Even a couple fighting about the Fairytale of New York.
Then there are the songs with no Christmas merit,
A list of a woman’s favourite things like raindrops on roses,
Or that song covering desire and the power of love,
And we cannot forget the Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!
Whatever is on your Christmas playlist,
There is definitely one thing we can all agree on,
Christmas isn’t really Christmas until the music,
Has filled up every airway and taken control.
