Our world is still confused,
The LGBT community is so new,
But the concepts and ideas,
Are older than all of us combined,
LGBT month is a time to celebrate,
The achievements before,
The freedoms we have,
It is a time to reflect,
On the work yet to do,
The places we haven’t won yet,
There is still unfair places,
Places ruled by hatred,
But use this month to remember,
Humanity will win in the end,
And no matter your creed,
Sexualuity or colour of skin,
We are all human,
And all deserve to be loved.
