He makes the world seem right,
When the world is dark,
He brings the light,
When my mind is noisy,
He brings the quiet,
When life feels heavy,
He shares my load.

My life would be no life at all,

The world would begin to fall.

There's a man in my life,
I told him I love him,
No matter how often I say it,
I feel it in the pit of my heart,
He's in my life,
There for me,
My shining light,
In the deepest dark.

Without him in my life,
Every hill would be a mountain,
Without him in my life,
Every lake would be a deep ocean.

There's a live in my life,
That fills my days,
From dawn to dusk,
Day after day,
With a joy,
That no words can explain,
There's a man in my life,
And he's my husband.
