The Christians have Christmas, The Pagans, Yuletide, And the Romans, Have Saturnalia, Whatever it's name, The idea is the same, To celebrate the darkness away. *** Nights of debauchery, Or saintly singing, For some it's the logs, They will be burning, Whatever your ritual, The idea stays the same, We all get together and spread love to all men. *** When the sun sets tonight, We know it will rise again, And the days will get brighter, Again and again, Whatever the day, The idea stays the same, Tomorrow will come, again and again.
