For most today is a working day,
Unless it falls on a weekend,
The eve to Christmas Eve,
The final build-up in excitement,
To those kids among us.
Each household has there own,
Traditions for the day,
Some Christmas movies,
Or board games in the eve,
How does your Christmas start.
It could be a sip of whisky,
Or a large sit down meal,
Some will listen to music,
Others will watch movies.
And some will ignore the day.
However your celebrations start,
It is now safe to say,
Christmas is well on its way,
Let the excitement grow,
And share it with those you know.
Share, if you’d like. If this post stayed with you, you’re welcome to pass it on.
