This year has been one no other,
A world shown to be humble,
In the face of something so small.
***
It was the year with the American Election,
And we all saw how that was run,
But what does it mean for the future.
***
A year where life was turned upside down,
And proved working from home could be done,
Without the need to see everyone.
***
The year where Samsung finally prevailed,
Releasing a screen that could fold,
Shaking off the image of the last one.
***
And more personally to me,
The year I published several works,
Proving my place in poetry.
