Look up at the stars,
What do you see?
Is it pictures,
Or dot-to-dots,
Maybe even life,
Or could it be dreams,
Could it be facts,
Or every single feeling,
Do you see tomorrow,
Or maybe your yesterdays,
What about the smiles,
Or maybe the frowns,
Do you see the hope,
Or is it more fear,
Do you just see stars,
Or do you see ET,
No matter what you see,
I know what I see,
A million fireflies,
Staring back at me.
