Pray – VSS365 – 27/06/2022 – Poem By The Pesky Poet

I put my hands together,
Close my eyes and say a prayer.
My knees rubbed raw,
Just asking if you up are there.
You do not answer me,
On my own down here.
I don't give up day by day,
I kneel in your name and pray.
One day we will meet,
And that day will be great.
