Redheads

Redheads spark fascination,
Amongst scientists and populations.
Only 2% of humans are redheads,
But still they sparked superstitions.
***
The four alleles have to align,
And only at that special time,
Will a child be born with hair of fire,
And one more person is born a ginger.
***
I cannot lie,
I too am intrigued,
I love the hair colour,
I think it looks sweet,
***
The colour has been,
With kings and queens,
And even has seen,
Men of extreme nobility.
***
So let us give a moment of thought,
To those with this special trait,
Phenotypic phenomenons,
With the beautiful red fiery hair.
