It's fair to say,
This year has had it's bad days,
And that for some,
The end of the year needs to come.
***
I focus on the good,
Another Christmas countdown,
And another book,
Another year to look back on.
***
Take this moment,
To think of a good thing,
Even if it's just one,
And focus on it going on.
***
A new year is coming,
Another chance to do something,
Hit this year running,
And achieve all you want done.
