Welcome to the new day,
Lets us toast to the turkey,
And give thanks for the gifts.

And let us not forget the dishes.
We will all be tired come tonight,
So lets enjoy the day while its light.

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas,
Without the friends and family,
And of course to me that includes you,
Thank you for reading, Merry Christmas to you,
