New Year Countdown Poem 2023: 30. I Resolve

This year I resolve,
To continue spreading joy,
To continue being myself,
To continue being kind,
And continue being true,
To continue offering help,
To continue learning,
And continue loving my fellow humans.
***
If all the world were to resolve,
To such simple worldly ideals,
Then there could be a world,
In which pain and suffering yields,
If but one other human agrees,
Then this has done it's job,
So go out and spread your arms,
Peace, love, joy and hope to all.
