We all know that one man, Who hasn't done his shopping, Christmas is not complete, He's still got a couple of things to get, All he knows is what he will eat. *** Today he will bereave, The wild weather and other shoppers, To grab those he loves, What he knows they want, In that last minute mad lad dash. *** A perfume for her, An aftershave for him, That something he saw, And just thought of someone, Will all be coming home with him. *** Then tomorrow the wrapping, Will be completed by midnight, In the running for the shortest time, A present will be wrapped under the tree, And he will smile knowing the job is done for another year.
