Goodbye 2021, Good riddance to you, You won't be remembered, For being filled with love and joy. *** 2020 had such hope, 2021 Was meant to save that, And now that's all up to you 2022, Please, oh please, don't let us down. *** But before, We lock the door, On the book of 2021, Let's take a look back once. *** Find one thing, That truly made you happy, Hold it in the front of your mind, Keep that as your memory of 2021. *** Remember the people, Everyone all around you, Those people who were there, To suffer, side-by-side, 2021 with you. *** Of course there were dark times, Of course there were bleak days, But focus on the good around, And try to forget the negative.
