Would it be taboo, Or considered too soon, If I was thinking about Christmas 2022? *** Given the bad year, I've needed some cheer, And what better way than thinking, Of Christmas next year? *** By then we will meet, Without masks on our cheeks, We will be able to sing along, To Christmas Carols and Songs. *** Let us forget this year, And look forward to the next, Which will be more like they were in the past.
