Christmas Countdown Poem 2021: 14. Christmas Luau

Do you ever just want to get away,
To somewhere warm and sandy,
At this dark time of year,
Wouldn't it be satisfy,
To sit on a beach with a beer?
***
Maybe a burger on the BBQ,
Or a hotdog from a stand,
The wave lapping up,
Against the golden sand,
Isn't it nice to dream?
***
Somewhere warm as a retreat,
Sunny and somewhere sweet,
Have a christmas party,
Of a different kind,
A luau for christmas time.
